Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney’s season may be over, but he is still showing his support to the school’s other sports programs.
This weekend Swinney opted to attend a college basketball showdown between the Tigers and North Carolina.
While the game itself was mildly interesting, the real thing folks on social media couldn’t stop talking about was Swinney’s face.
Specifically, fans wanted to know why he was sporting a black eye and who exactly gave it to him.
In a week of college sports where Jess Gardner’s wild party photos went viral and Olivia Dunne’s sister went out in a see-through shirt, somehow Swinney’s black eye became the hottest sports story in town.
