Fortunately, it’s a simple feature to pull off. To thank the bus driver, players just need to press whatever button that brings up the Emotes wheel on their platform – and of course, they need to be inside the battle bus. Players will spot people doing it from the moment they get onto the bus.

Here’s how to do it on various platforms
- For PC – press ‘B’ on the keyboard when inside the Battle Bus.
- For PS4 – press ‘Down’ on the D-pad while inside the bus.
- For Xbox One – Press ‘Down’ on the D-pad inside the bus.
- For Nintendo Switch – Press ‘Down’ on the D-pad while inside.
- For Mobile and Tablets – Press the ‘Emote’ button in the top right corner while inside.
When players have done it, they’ll notice the name appear in orange as opposed to red in that bottom left corner. Players should note that those above controls will be different if they have re-mapped the button for ‘Emotes’ at any point – either way, it’s the same as the Emote button in-game.
