Kofa is a secure web-based, multi-functional student management portal. The system controls all kinds of applications and student registration and student registration processes at large schools and universities in Nigeria.

This platform also makes it possible for graduates to request their academic transcripts and certificates from their alma maters online. After requesting and submitting your application, your certificate will be ready in a few weeks while the transcript will be delivered to the provided institution’s dispatch address.

The AAU Kofa is a portal created for students of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekopma, Edo State.

How to create an AAU Kofa account

Creating an account with AAU Kofa is very simple. All you need to do is to open the site and put in your details, then click on “create account”. Some of the details to input include; email address, phone number, first name, middle name, last name and password. If the account has been registered before it will let you know.

If you want to log in to the account the only information needed to provide is your registration number, last number and email address.

How to edit details in your AAU Kofa account

To edit your details on the AAU Kofa account all you need to do is open the site and input your details. Then click on “your edit account” to edit.

How to register your courses on AAU Kofa

To register for your courses on the AAU Kofa portal, utilise the following steps below:

Log in to the site
Put in your username and password
Click on “My data”
Click on “Create course list”
Then add your desired courses to the list
Click on the “Submit course list”
Print the course list out and submit it to your department

Click on “Study course”. Then click on “Results”
